The TXADONA board has launched an exciting initiative aimed at bringing forward thinking, energetic LTC Clinical Leaders into our esteemed group to serve on a task force that will  address the next generation of LTC Clinical Leaders.  This task force is a first in the NADONA organization. TXADONA Board Members with input from prominent Texas providers selected 6 people to become the founding members of this task force. The selectees had to meet  certain criteria, be within a certain generational age range, and commit to serve for one year. Those that were not already members, received a 1 year complimentary membership. The task force will be led and guided by our Education Planner, Lisa Ridley, RN, MSN.  The 6 founding members of this task force are pictured above. We are excited about this new initiative and look forward to working with them in 2025.
