This webinar outlines significant updates to guidance within appendix PP of the CMS State Operations Manual (SOM) on the Medicare Phase 3 Requirements of Participation (RoPs) revisions.  Key areas addressed as part of these updates include Behavioral Health and Food & Nutrition.  State surveyors will begin using this new guidance to identify noncompliance beginning October 24, 2022.
